The procedure is as follows in the simplest way; thanks to CAD-CAM technology (Computer-aided design-computer aided manufacturing), which we call the burring technology controlled by a computer, it is possible to take an intraoral picture with an intraoral camera at a micron level, without making any measurement.

The computer combines the images taken by the special intraoral camera and a three-dimensional image of the upper and lower jaws is obtained by means of special purpose software (CAD).

Subsequently, the dentist applies aesthetic dentistry rules and the shapes of the teeth are subjected to preliminary visualization on the computer. On these images, necessary changes are made on the teeth until the desired aesthetic results are obtained.

The smile line, appropriate for the targeted smile design can be obtained, it may be aligned vertically and horizontally, the teeth sizes and the camber of teeth may be altered. In addition, the form given to the teeth is combined with the facial image of the individual to check the compatibility with the general face look of the restoration.  If necessary, new corrections are made in the form of the teeth and the tooth gains the final shape.

Finally, the virtual image generated in the final shape is transferred to a laser-controlled turning lathe, which runs the burring machine with the support of a computer. The micro turning lathe forms the teeth by scratching zirconium, porcelain blocks or special blocks, in accordance with the aesthetic purpose. Since there is no obligation to use the metal support, both the healthiest and natural look are obtained.

In addition, when zirconium or porcelain blocks produced for special purposes are processed with CAD-CAM, the formed tooth has an excellent adaptation to the site and the risk of bacteria formation is eliminated since the tooth will perfectly seal.

1- The Sexy Smile

In young individuals, the central incisors tend to be longer than the other front teeth. This factor shows the individual younger. However, sometimes, due to age-related wear or genetic factors, the front teeth are worn and they are shortened.

And the person may look older. However, the central incisors should be longer than the other front teeth for an attractive look.

Hence, in the sexy smile design, the central incisors are significantly longer than the lateral incisors. In the sexy smile, the teeth are whiter in comparison with the natural smile.

2- The Sophisticated Smile
